The Cross Keys Pulloxhill Wedding

Feb 26, 2024

Anna and David were really keen to have a relaxed wedding day that just felt like a big party with their family and friends.  They opted for a later in the day ceremony time at Ampthill Registry Office so I joined them at Flitwick Manor for preparations after lunch. It was nice to be able to capture both bride and groom prep so I divided my time between the two.  We had plenty time so we did some wedding party shots in the garden and by the front with the car before heading over to Ampthill for the ceremony. My favourite thing about the registry office in Ampthill is getting to use the tree lined walkway next to it for photos afterwards! We did just that and saved our confetti for the pub where the reception was taking place, The Cross Keys in Pulloxhill. The rest of the day was a blur of joyful celebration; drinks, pizzas, dancing… This was such a fun wedding to capture!

Jane was so relaxed on the day, blended in and took the most amazing pictures. In the lead up to the day I was really nervous about the possibility of rain and it was Jane’s calm advice and talk with me that more than anything helped me to relax about the whole thing.
